3、We have a professional sales team, who follow up the whole process from the early stage of development to the later stage of mass production, and provide timely feedback to customers.

Procedure

1.Development

a. Way 1, Develop according to the design drawings provided by the customers

b. Way 2, Copy or modify the original samples according to the customer's specification

c. Way 3, We provide designs, Customers can directly choose the style.

*Sample development time: Usually 5-15 days (except special cases).

2.Production

Each order will be inspected by QC for 3 times during the whole process from material preparation to shipment.

1) Inspection of materials and accessories.

2) Supervision during production.

3) Product inspection before shipment.

*Production time: For routine orders, the goods will be completed within 40-50 days from the date of sample confirmation.

1)Sourcing /comparing different sources, then make recorder. Normally, the manufacturer should be big or at least own 100-200 workers.

2)List the most strong products from different sources.

3)Each area has a special QC for taking samples and photos as well as supervising for every lot goods we shipped.

After sale THE SOLUTION FOR COMPLAIN FROM BUYER

-QUALITY (product itself and package)

As long as the complaint is caused by the product or the packaging itself, but not by any other reason, we are responsible to make a discount or make a compensation.

For every batch goods we shipped, we keep the sample for 1 year in case of any quality problems.
